Why I Started The Twenty Thirty Something

As I entered and progressed through my twenties, I started to learn an important lesson: life is hard.

Yes, I’ve had countless amazing experiences and opportunities during the last decade of my life. But I’ve also had a lot of struggles.

Life is messy. So many times I’ve found myself lost and confused in the world. And as I began to speak with other people around me, it turns out a lot of people feel the exact same way.

Our twenties and thirties can be a really confusing and overwhelming time for many of us. And I want people to know that it’s normal to feel this way.

Life isn’t always linear and it’s certainly not perfect.

That’s why I started this blog.

I write content that I think will help women live healthier and happier lives. I’m not an expert by any means. But I want to share with you the things that are helping me through this period of life.

And I’m hoping they will help you too.

I wanted to create a place where women in their twenties and thirties could come and find ideas, inspiration, and maybe some comfort.

My hope is for this space to become a community of people going through the same amazing but messy phase of life.

So that’s the story, twenty-thirty somethings.

I hope you enjoy!
